This unique Vault Mylar Bag design is the idea of Guy Doughty. With a history of selling vinyl labels for other mylar bags, it was obvious that there had to be a better way.
Before these Vault bags we needed to use scissors to open them because vinyl labels can't be torn. Alternatively we had to have labels that didn't cover the whole front and the top would be bare.
Vinyl labels are the type used for "Short runs", as in 50+ labels. This means that we can now do custom mylar bag packaging on smaller orders. Without the usual issues of needing to do a "Long run" of 10,000 labels for example, in order to use the printers for paper labels.
